Videogame Flash Programmer

Job Summary
Create high quality online videogames and web content as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team with extensive experience creating top selling games for the Playstation3, Playstation2, Playstation, Xbox, Linux, and PC.

Duties
• Work as a Flash/ActionScript programmer on our game user interface and community website
• Contribute to the product design to help produce a polished and compelling online experience
• Learn and apply a broad range of leading edge programming, software design, and performance optimization techniques

Require Qualifications
• A solid understanding of web technology including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Jquery, XML, Flash, and ActionScript
• Professional experience use Flash and ActionScript to make high quality games or interactive websites
• An exceptional eye for detail, with a passion for creating high quality interactive websites and user interfaces
• Excellent oral and written English
• Ability to work independently, solve complex challenges, and hit deadlines
• Good cooperation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of C/C++
• A good understanding of object-oriented software design and implementation
• Experience writing applications that integrate with popular social networks, such as Facebook
• Experience working in a team taking a game or website project from concept to completion
